Sign By Side ZhiXing
- Attended regular meetings every Wednesday to learn common sign languages: greetings, self-introduction, daily communication & other simple sentences
- Published an article on the club’s official WeChat account, analyzing sign language in the film Avatar: The Way of Water to raise awareness for deaf people; the article received three times the views of a normal article submission
Tech Crew ZhiXing
- Cooperated and communicated with the team in organizing all the large-scale school activities as a technician, such as Assembly, Chinese Culture Evening, Christmas Concert, One World Concert, TEDxUWC, etc.
- Worked as a sound controller in the school’s theater tech box, and controlled the multimedia sound system to ensure the smooth progress and the stage effect of various events (proficient in lighting, sound, and other media systems)
- Won the School’s Honor of the Year as a member of Tech Crew ZhiXing
Fencing ZhiXing & Ambition Flash Union Fencing Club
- Assisted the coach in systematic training, teaching 20 members basic foil skills
- Supported expansion of sports in school and broke the longstanding monopoly of frisbee, basketball, and other sports at school
- Represented the fencing club off-campus fencing club at national and Asian competitions
- Assisted in the training of 20 children (aged from 6 to 14) once a week
- Member in the Chinese Fencing Association and USA Fencing Association.
- Win Epee U17+ Men’s Individual Third Place &Team Runner-Up, Yangtze River Delta Fencing Open
